Frequently Asked Questions

What happens on Sunday Morning?

At Crossroads there is something for everyone in your family. We have one worship services, with quality children’s programming during the service. You’ll typically find our worship services to be contemporary with a touch of re-mixed, great classic hymns of faith.

Worship Services

Our Sunday gatherings are a time where we get to celebrate what God is doing in and through our lives and hear from his Word. Typically, you’ll hear contemporary songs with a touch of re-mixed, great classic hymns of faith. Following our time of worship through song, we’ll dig into God’s word. We deeply value scripture and its relevance to our lives – for a sample of our teaching, visit our resource page and download a recent message.

If you are worried about being new, don’t be. We’re not going to point you out or ask you to stand up – we want you to feel like friends we haven’t met yet.

What do I wear?

We are more concerned about what’s going on inside a person than what clothes they wear on the outside. Most people dress casually, while others dress up in a suit-and-tie. Like we just said, Crossroads loves all types of people. You’ll see kids in jeans, kids that are dressed up, and kids in play clothes.

What do I do with my children?

During our Sunday worship service, your children are welcome to join you. We believe that parents are the primary faith trainers for their children and that you may want them to hear what you are hearing. We also realize that parents, at times, may need to interact with the community of God separate from their children. Our children’s pages will let you know about our nursery and elementary programs that take place during the worship services. When you enter the building, look for one of our greeters – they’ll help you find where to take your children.

Preaching at Crossroads

We absolutely love God’s Word! Each week you will hear a solid, practical message from the Bible. For a sampling, download and listen to a recent message.

Will I be asked to give money?

We collect an offering as part of our worship. This is a time for those who are a part of our family to thank God for His faithfulness by supporting His church. If you’re new, we’re more concerned about God speaking to your heart – you are invited to participate but we don’t want giving to stand in the way of hearing from God. There will be no guilt trip to give something.

Community Groups

Community Groups are smaller communities within the larger church that provide opportunities to connect more deeply in relationships, to provide care, and to study the Bible together.
